Ive been off the pill 2years. Taking pregnacare 2 months and I definately noticed longer cycles, later ov. Don't know y tho

They might just be vitamins, but they help increase the chances of ovulation and implantation by changing the levels of natural vitamins which we normally have in the body due to food etc.

Also with the harmful toxics are bodies come across each day I.e coffee, car fumes etc. So if they can help and increase implantation, ovulation I think they can affect and change your cycle.
