Want to do a chart ... where do i start?

I want to do an ovulation chart so i know if im ovulating the same time each month ... but how do it do it? where do i even start??

TBH ... im really dosile when it comes to this stuff so any help would be great.

Wobs sooooo be picking your brains next weekend lol
