Painful cramps and feeling bad

I am now a week away from AF and been getting increasingly painfulcramps since Wedn, so started a whole 9-10 days b4 AF which I never get (painful cramps start the day b4 or during). I also feel lethargic and kinda ill.

I doubt these are PG symptoms - if they r, I'd be concerned as people don't report painful cramps (or if they do, it's usually ectopic), just niggling ones, and it was a bit early on Wedn to get implantation cramps (not sure when I OV'd, maybe early last week).

Maybe AF is due tomorrow, nearly a week early, but I'd be shocked. I've read stuff about STDs creating these kinda cramps, or ectopic pregnancies.

Anyone else had these painful cramps so long b4 AF due? x

In December, I was awoken every single morning at 5am with severe cramps. I swore I was pregnant. Then I came on on day 34/35 with such shockingly bad cramps that I feel the lead up was just a warning about how bad it was going to be.

Is probably nothing. You have my sympathy though.

Try not to worry maybe it's nothing serious.the pain went away so that's a good sign.I don't think a tablet would stop the pain if it was related to an ectopic.Think positive.Who knows,it could be early implantation.Hope the stays away.If you aren't already pg i hope u get your BFP by March.Good luck!
