hi i know what you mean......i get sooo upset when i hear that another friend has fallen preg....since we have been ttc sooo many of my friends have conceived, many have not even been ttc!!! I was working in a nursery with the 0-1's which i loved doing but near the end i started to feel quite sad everyday that i knew i was doing great job but wasnt getting preg myself.....i was made redundant in july & to be honest it was quite a relief, at least i dont ave to be around babies everyday now. My friend only found out she was expecting when she was 21 weeks...she couldnt even look at the scan screen as she said she hadnt decided what she was going to do yet...she kept it in the end but i wouldnt say she is a good mum....she still lives with her mum & the baby sleeps in her mums room ( the nans) as my friend goes out 2-3 times a week.....my friend says well i dont want to be getting up & seeing to her when still drunk!!! her mum does evrything 4 the baby & even confided in me & said how tired she is as she works full time. My husbands friend announced last week he & his gfriend are expecting....they hadnt planned it. We got married july 08 & altho we have a 4 year old daughter I feel the next step for us is to complete our family with a bro or sis 4 her....14 mths now off ttc & its sooo getting e down, hoping the specialist next thurs goes well & can put us on list 4 iui or something xx

We just got to keep smiling and know our time will come I guess... it doesn't make the feelings you feel go away when you see other pregnant ladies or pregnant friends, but we have to keep a positive attitude or we'll go crazy! Good luck with you appointment DancingKaty, keep us posted!

Oh, hun, i know what you mean, i was told by a doctor that i might never conceive naturally (although i'm waiting to test later today to see if this is true!) and every time a friend of mine fell pregnant and was acting blase about it i felt so awful for how jealous of her i was, but it's perfectly understandable, don't feel bad for feeling that way!

Your time will come as well, you just have to be patient i suppose, it will happen for you though! ....if i can (hopefully) get my miracle then so can you dear, fingers crossed for both of us! Big hugs to you, let us know what happens! xxx
