NTNP V's TTC

I am at a bit of a loss... is there anyone else out there doing everything they can to get their BFP but it's just making no different.

I am seriously considering stopping AC, EPO and all the other supplements etc and just NTNP. i am so stressed by the whole thing and the couple of people I have told keep telling me to relax... hello, I am TTC of course I am going to think about it a bit and do everything in my power to get the + but now I think I'm doing too much. I do have really long cycles and even on day 20 still haven't O'd and I was diagnosed with PCOS 14 years ago but have had 2 children taking clomid... so am I wasting my time trying to conceive naturally?

Sorry for the moan and ramble but does anyone else out there feel like this?

Hi - Ive been trying for nearly 2 years now - and its really starting to take its toll. I have been more emotional this month than the past 23 months so think its time for me to stop trying so hard.
I currently take EPO (for past 8 months - no differnce with CM noticed but painful periods are better) and I started VitB100 complex this month (to help with the spotting pre AF). I bought AC but never used it - was afraid it would mess my system up too much seen as I do have a regular cycle of 32 days and I ov every month.
I was charting for about a year too but gave that up. I do it the odd time now. I was using OPK's - I have a batch of 10 left so will use them up this month and next and then in the New year I am NTNP - Im just getting obsessed - i have 2 diarys full of AF dates/ov date/sex dates/cm info/temperature... etc - so time to burn them and just chill.

EPO can effect your cycle too. There are other things you can do to help with your cm. But just thought you should know about the EPO. Hope you both get your soon!!

I have def become more obsessed since I started using BNB - reading about it every single day probably doesnt help - but in a way its nice to see that you arent alone in the TTC journey - you do feel kinda isolated when all around you are falling pregnant and your not. I think i need a new job where i dont have any free time to think about TTC (or read about it).... or maybe a nice long holiday in the sun somewhere....

Hi RebaRezzelba, I have only been ttc for 4 months, ovulated once in that time but I dont know how you have managed to keep going for this long. have you been to the dr? if so what did they say?
I have just been talking to my OH and I have started temping again so I know whats going on but I didnt do anything with #1, although I ended up taking clomid we just bd when we fancied...this time I am so just stressed and it has to happen NOW!!!..
After saying I was thinking about stopping vit's I think I bought VitB50!!.. mad! but I am going to stop AC and EPO and just make more of an effort to drink more water and take VitB50...please let me know how you get on with it this cycle as it's supposed to help with the length of the luteal Phase as well, mine was only 8days last cycle.

Sorry, I'm going on a bit now... good luck for your BFP girls... and thank you x

What is NTNP? I know TTCing for 22 months has got to be difficult. How can you relax?? Im praying for your strength. I agree with not taking a bunch of different medicines, and charting, etc, etc. I started out doing that last month and I was like I just dont have time for this. I only take my clomid 150mgs and metformin 2000mgs. Other than that, thats it! Try to just enjoy your DH and around ovulation time, dont panic, just be natural! I do agree that when you rests it happens! Thats my approach. I havent got BFP but I will soon, and I have faith and confidence in that!~

ntnp - not trying, not protecting.
I just love your PMA.. you are brill so with that attitude it will happen for you. I had clomid for both of the boys (ttc #3) and it worked quite well for me and you cant take anything like AC with that, I dont think anyway. I have been having Reflexology to help me relax if nothing else but things are a little tight and I cant really afford that anymore so I will try and chill and enjoy my OH more ... thank you and fx'd you get your BFP this month x
