did i ovulate ?

i was wonering did i ovulate yesterday ? this charting stuff is stressing me

i woke up at 07.06 took my temp it was 97.76 took it again at 07.15 it was 97.86 used the temp adjuster as my normal time isnt till 07.30 which then gave me 98.04

help

Yes I think you did, you got the +opk and it can surge 36 hours before O, put that together with the dip and the cm you got going on and I would have to agree. Fingers crossed for you hun!xxx

do you think it was yesterday that ovulation occured ? when will i get red lines confirming it i dunno if i should change my temp ive taken a note of what it was too tie it in if it doesnt make sence should i leave todays temp at 98.04 or change it too the temp i got at 7.06 x

You've got a great temp rise there and your cp and cm seem to reflect it too, good luck

I find that my temp is usually pretty reliable 1/2 hour either side of my wake up time, so if it were me i'd leave the temp unadjusted if it were me

FF should confirm ov in a couple of days if your temp stays high

Yes, it looks like you ovulated yesterday. FF will give you red lines when you have 3 high temperatures in a row.
