Interesting stuff - i really do think I will be getting some of this. I love honey on my toast anyway so must buy a really good brand and get some royal jelly too.

Aparantly it's great for OH too, my DH is going to look at me like I'm a crazy lady when I hand him a tub of bee pollen when he gets home

Be careful if you have any kind of allergy to bee pollen it can result in anaphylactic shock and kill you.....

Of course! I would hope with any of the things suggested on here, that we would test for allergies...
