I'm Currently Feeling:  | I've only used OPK's for one cycle but I found them to be useful. They pinpointed Ovulation for me at day 15. And as my cycles vary between 28-31 days I find it useful. So I'm using them again.
I know a lot of people don't agree, poor Layla had more than enough stress from them.
