As some of you will know from my other threads I had a Tubal reversal about a month ago, my period was due on the 9th of feb and has come this morning ( I think). The reason i say that is because it is not like my usual period, usually I come on really heavy and it is bright red, this is quite light and dark red/brown, like when I'm coming off my period!! I'm going to wait and see what today brings, see if it gets heavier. My question is..will my ovulation change because my period has come late, am I going to have to start using ovulation tests again??? Also when should I start using them so I don't miss it?

Everyone is a bit different so you might ovulate at a slightly different time but if you do it will most likely be just for a month or so.

Mostly your cycle should follow a natural pattern and even if things go wrong and one month you ovulate early or AF arrives early or late, it should correct itself.

You'll probably notice if you write now every day you expect AF & O in a diary for a year and look back on it, even if it goes wrong, it will end up back on the dates you predicted. That is if you have a regular cycle to start with anyway!
