OMG i am so spotty usually once AF has come my spots go away ....but i am just spotty spotty spotty

i duno maybe my hormones r out of whack but for the past mnth my skin has been the worst it has ever been....i had the worse PMS ...with REALLY sore boobs for over 2 weeks b4 AF came

AF is becoming weirder every cycle...

and i am in a new country and i cant just get up & go see a doc ...all previous tests my gyno did back home didnt show any hormone imbalance but i just feel like my hormones are acting up

i am a lot more emotional than usual...can cry at the drop of a hat

am headachy and feel tad sick occasionally

I can understand where you're coming from, when I first arrived in Germany from England I didn't see the doctor in over a year, despite some freaky health problems. I go through stages of this sometimes also, It was worse when I first came here. Do you think that maybe this could be stress related? I know it can be pretty stressful to up sticks and move to a place out of your comfort zone, And sometimes our bodies react terribly weird under stress.

dont think its stress....ive been here a few months and not overly stressed....my diet is good ....agghhhh i duno i feel my body is becoming weirder and weirder the older i get

yeh, my cycles are also getting weirder. I used to have a 30 day cycle now it's about 35-40 days, it does my head in!

I know with me that it may be either stress or the fact thatI have put on weight which doesnt help the whole ttc thing!

I would say go and see a doc! Althought the symptoms you describe seem like pregnancy symptoms?? What do you think?

if i hadnt had af i wud consider that i was preg! AF was weird but i doubt i cud be preg i mean i had a light AF for a day then just brown stuff for a few days

oh yeah and i forgot the constipation and pains in my lower abdomen .... knowing my body its probably PMS ....like 3 weeks early this time

my body sure knows how 2 PISS ME OFF

Myabe you should test anyway just incase it was implantation? I have read that some women think that had AF and it was actually implantation.

I sympathise with you re: spotty-ness. This cycle I have come out in pimples on my cheeks and chest, and my skin is really dry. My hormones are all over the place though.

dont wana test coz sick of disappointment galore...i know it sounds dumb but in 4 yrs TTC i have had my fill of those and even tho i know 99.9% i will c a BFN i just cant test....i wud rather wait until nxt AF and if it doesnt show then test

just wanted to say sorry you're not feeling the greatest, my cycles have changed as I got older too, it makes me mad too, for the past few months I would get one big spot on my chin before AF and now I get like 3 or 4 small ones on my chin or near my nose (at least my glasses hide them lol) but it definitely annoying.
