1st try, two BFNs and giving up. :(

This is our first go at ttc. Its been a whirlwind of "how do you feel nows" and checking symptoms here there and everywhere.

About 8dpo I had sudden nausea out of the blue and was starting to think ITS HAPPENING! as I never suffer with sickness!

Im now 12dpo and took a test this morning. BFN.

I am due AF on tuesday and yesterday (saturday) had quite noticable (as in I wasnt looking for it) period pains which have since faded. I do not suffer with period pains until the day of AF usually.

Have had strong sense of smell, constipation, hard boobs, bumps on nips, nausea, twinges blah blah. But no CM at all which is unusual for me. (?)

Feel completely like im out now and feel gutted. I know all the stuff about waiting for AF Day but I cant seem to shake this feeling that I now have to wait for ages to try again.

bbbbbbbbbbbllllllllllllllllluuuuuuuuuuuuuurrrrrrrrrrrrrrgggggggggggggg

Sorry that you feel so bad. I felt the same for my first cycle. It dawns on you that it's going to take longer than you had anticipated.

Don't lose hope Keep trying x

I feel the same beatnick. First month TTC for #1. Few symptoms but nothign out of the ordinary. 6DPO but Ov on day 21 on what is normally a 29/30 day cycle so hoping for a longer cycle this month at least of a bfp as I don't want to have a short luteal phase. boo! This waiting is awful.

Welcome to the wretched world of TTC! It will play mind games on you.

You may still have a chance. If you were on the pill before, you may have O'd late, causing a delay in the positive test.

Or, maybe you're stressing too much, and it's delaying your period. The mind is an amazing thing, and it can cause you to overemphasize things.

Good luck and to you! I hope it is your month, but the best (and worst) part is, there is always next month (and if you're like some of us, the next and the next.) But, no matter what, you can't give up! Holding that baby is too precious.

Keep your chin up! I have read a lot of stories of women who didn't get a BFP until until 14DPO+! I agree with the PP, until AF arrives, you're still in the game!
