So I went off the pill at the end of October. My first cycle was 29 days, then the next was 26 days and then 24 days. So I set my test day this time for 24 days again, which was Feb 7. I figured that was as good a day as any. Well I didn't get my period then, but I didn't think anything of it. That evening my husband and I BD and when I went to the biff after there was alot or red when I wiped. I assumed I had gotten AF. Nope, it was gone soon after. I guess I was just irritated somewhere in there.
Anyhoo, days go by and no AF, I just assumed my cycle lengthened out again. I took a test for fun on Feb 10, which was Sunday morning. I took the test, then kind of forgot about it for an hour or so. When I looked at it after all that time there was a very faint line there. I assumed that it was an evap line.
So still no AF, now I was on cycle day 28. So this morning which is day 29 I decided to take another test. This time I checked it within the time indicated and there was a definite line there!! Much, much darker than the previous line, but still pretty light compared to the test line. But my husband (who I lovingly woke up at 4:00am this morning) could even see it without his reading glasses. And it shows up very clearly on the camera. (will post the pic after work).
So I'm taking that as a positive! But I'm going to pick up a CB digital on the way home from work and take that tomorrow morning just to confirm with. I will feel much better if I see the word "pregnant" cause I still don't really believe it.
Symptoms: The past three months I have had two or more weeks of very sore breasts before AF has come. This time my breasts didn't become sore until maybe a week before it was due, so that was different. I have been very tired the last couple of days. I've had a few episodes of nausea after I eat, but not enough to make me throw up. And since yesterday I've had period like cramping in my abdomen, just not as strong. So not very many symptoms. I was absolutely conviced that I am not pregnant. I'm still not convinced even though it was a definite line lol!
And that's it! I'll let you all know what the digital one says tomorrow morning, if I can wait that long!!
Sounds like you are definately pregnant! Congratulations and have a happy 9 months!!!!!
