I'm Currently Feeling:

CD14, EWCM, slight right sided cramps, Neg OPK

Temps are as follows:

36.41 (97.53)
36.43 (97.57)
36.43 (97.57)
36.33 (97.39)
36.22 (97.19)
36.27 (97.28
36.27 (97.28
36.35 (97.43)
36.21 (97.17)
36.25 (97.25)
36.24 (97.24)
36.24 (97.24)
36.20 (97.16)
36.12 (97.01)

Quite low (in fact, quite worried by how low they are) but today was the lowest yet.

I have right sided cramps and quite a bit of EWCM (more than I have had before since I came off pill) Every single day I have had negative OPKs though.

Do we trust the OPK or do we trust our symptoms?

I would trust your body, I know there are a few women on here who never got a positive OPK. Good luck! I hope this is your month!!

I agree... trust your body. Best of luck!! P.s. there is an Ovulation Calculator here that I found... just for guidance and that little extra reassurance (if you have regular cycles that is) http://www.babycentre.co.uk/tools/ovu/

I was never a big fan of OPKs - I didn't personally find they picked up O every time and went by other symptoms.

Make sure you don't use first morning urine to detect ovulation - they are more reliable in the afternoon! - Try one this aft, you may notice a difference!

Never had any experience with OPK's but didn't want to read and run, I chart my temp and the lowest temp for me was the day I O'd and it was the last day I had EWCM, I would agree and say to trust your body. Good luck to you hun!
