Hello ladies! It is my second month off "THE PILL". I'm 9 dpo- CD24. We BD'd the day before and day of ovulation so I am pretty hopeful. I just started charting my temps and they have been holding at 98.1 since ovulation. Does this mean anything? I am such a novice I don't have a clue. I don't recall seeing any EWCM but not sure that everyone does. I know it can take a while after coming off the pill so I'm not getting overly hopeful this month. But I am having some unexplainable cramps lower than where I usually get pre AF cramps. Doesn't feel like constipation bloating either... just can't explain it. Any thoughts from you ladies?

Sorry I can't really help. I only stopped taking "The Pill" two weeks ago and i'm still waiting for my AF, hopefully I will get it soon. Me and my OH have been having unprotected sex for the last two weeks so you never know what might happen.

You're not doing anything wrong hun, you just have to wait... people are at work and stuff. Maybe check back tongiht.

I dont temp so cant help you, but ive been off bcp for few months now and have had some very strange crampy feelings etc that i though were bfp symtoms... but is just my body sorting itself out. Good luck though!

First of all welcome to the forum! (In case I haven't already welcomed you).

I never did my temps so I have absolutely no advice for you there. I did notice some mild cramping in my lower abdomen prior to getting my BFP (probably a week or so prior). Good luck TTC! I hope that this is your month!!
