b50 complex

how often do you take it do you take it till ovulation etc or what im unsure about this any information would be great could it affect opks ? x

Hi - Im currently taking B100 complex after reading a thread on here called "B6 - Lengthen Luteal Phase and increase Progesterone". Its a very informative read (but very long). Basically according to that you can take the B50 or B100 through out your cycle and even when you fall pregnant - I think you should read the thread - its very good.

Im hoping for a BFP with this B100 complex - or at least a help with the pre & post AF spotting.
