Oh' MY any ideas?

well if some of you have read my other posts, about my ovarys hurting and stuff. And some of you said it may be ovulation..and day before yesterday i had creamy white stuff in my panties (TMI SORRY)... so i even though it was ovulation.

But for the past 1 to 1/2 weeks i was taking OPKS to make sure i wasnt missing ovulation, but i had all negatives even on the creamy days, and ovary pain days..

So now that ovulation is out, what could it be??!!

Well usually fertile CM isn't creamy white - it's quite runny, about the consistancy of sperm and can be clear or a little cloudy.

It sounds like you just haven't got to ovulation yet or it's been and gone. Some people can go months without a positive OPK. This doesn't have to mean you're not ovulating - just that you sometimes have a really small time frame to test in and can easily miss it.

If the discharge you described was quite thick and white it could be a sign of thrush so maybe get it checked by a doctor. I often get quite creamy white discharge though when I'm not fertile and thats just normal for me. Everyone is different.

It's a yeast infection. It's normally itchy but not always and makes your discharge become thick, white ot yellowish and sometimes lumpy or greasy feeling. It's easily treated with a pessary & some cream though.

Thrush can just be discharge....I've found out I had thrush only because I had a smear test...I wouldn't have known otherwise (no itches etc)!?
