| Anyone tried Sperm Meets Egg plan? Have read about it on other forums and how successful it is, so might try it next month (so convinced I'm not PG this month!! So already thinking about next month).
Anyone heard about / tried it? x |

I'm Currently Feeling: | Just stole this from Google, was on another forum, as i wanted info re Sperm meets Egg plan
and heres the info (ps i didnt write it)
I have seen a few people mention this, so am posting this here for reference!
"Perhaps you've seen other women online mention the "Sperm Meets Egg Plan" also nicknamed SMEP by those familiar with it.
The wonderful thing about this plan is that it will give you the best odds of ensuring that the sperm gets to your egg. Obviously if you have blocked tubes or other physical conditions barring conception, this plan will not help much, but if your body is primed and ready for pregnancy, this plan should give you an advantage that you may not have had in past months. But be forewarned... this plan requires some serious lovin'....
Here is the "Sperm Meets Egg Plan" crash course:
1. Buy 10 OPK tests PRIOR to cycle day 10
2. Starting on cycle day 10, do one OPK test EVERY DAY
3. Babydance (BD) EVERY OTHER DAY starting on cycle day 10 (hips elevated for 10-30 minutes after each BD session)
4. When you get a +OPK, babydance that day and the next 2 days in a row (so 3 days in a row total)
5. Skip one night and babydance once more the next day
6. Take a home pregnancy test (HPT) 15 days after the day you ovulated (or most of you will start taking your HPTs at 10-12dpo!)"
So there you have it. Simple??!! | | | | Status: Offline

| Yep, pretty much as CarlyAnne said but I found more detailed info on this website - *edit*
I was having a look at another forum (so feminie, not as good as this one!) and saw loads of gals have had success with it so reckon I'll give it a go. I don't have much success with OPKs but u can still do it bu charting your CM. Maybe a few of us can try it next cyle and see how we get on? x |

I'm Currently Feeling: | This sounds promising, i may try it, as i've been BDing every other day since CD6, O week is this week, i'll try to throw in the 3 days in a row thing (if sickly DH is up for it!). Hope it works for me
Thanks for sharing your experience, as well Tiffers, reading it gave me the confidence to try it out and mix it with my 'every other day' plan i have going this month. I hope it works for you again when you start TTC next month |
