TTC and Cambridge Diet

I have an appointment with a CDC tonight and I am going to start the Cambridge Diet! I am hoping the will put me on SS which is basically up to 12 weeks of shakes/soups...

Does anyone know anything about this diet and TTC ? is it a bad idea???

I'm doing it hun. I just do sole source up to ovulation then I have a small evening meal with them on the 2ww. It's brilliant though - I kicked off a stone in the first fortnight. xxx

Hi hun, i did the cambridge dit whilst TTC and after 20 wks and a 6 stone weight loss and 2 years of TTC i got my BFP the diet was and has been the best thing i ever did, the only down side for me was that due to having to stop immediately when getting pregnant u will gain back a bit of your weight due to not following the maintenance programmes properly.
i did gain back everything i lost during pregnancy and just after but i ate rubbish so i know why i gained it back but have been back on the diet since Annabelle was 12 weeks old and i have now lost just over 8 stone!!!

good luck it is a very very tough journey but so so worth it
