Is it true that your temperature usually drops before AF? How many days before?
Im expecting AF on Wed. I have my normal sore bbs....and Im breaking out with gross acne (I have one of those huge red swollen ones ) which also sometimes happens to be before AF...
But my temp is actually SLIGHLY elevated the last couple days including today. Usually its 36.5 Celcius....its been 36.9. Is this normal before AF? I thought it was supposed to drop?
Hey hun, I'm new to the temping thing, but from what I saw last month, it dropped THE DAY OF AF by a lot, like 0.7 degrees celsius. I literally woke up, temped and went to the loo to check and the had just arrived! If you look on FF, most people seem to be that way too - a drop the day of AF arriving I think... Yep, I agree with Swissmiss. My temp dropped dramatically last cycle the day before AF, so it's probably within 12 to 24 hours, not a couple of days beforehand.
