I've read before that something in semen triggers your womb to contract and so can help start your period...

Raspberry leaf tea....moonstone...

Is it your first period after stopping bc??
If so mine arrived about 6 to 7 weeks ltr prob around cd60 odd.. i defo give it another week if no show then yeah off to the docs!!
I went and mine didnt help, he said oh its the bc leaving your systems if you miss 3 months of periods well sort you out with something to induce it!!

Along be hold few days later it arrived!!
