Ok so the line - when you look at the stick its got like a bit at the end you dip it in the wee which is raised - kinda sponge like material that obv soaks it up - ye? Then the wee sets off up the stick to the control line then it settles. The faint line - is it right against the sponge part or further towards the control line? The pic looks to me like I can see 2 faint lines besides the control line.
Hope that makes sense!

I can see a 1 line towards where the control line is, but not the one after the sponge bit.

Well......thats where it should be......

Sounds promising - cant you go and get a decent one from the supermarket or Boots?? Even the own brand ones are better than the cheapies.

Thank you for your reply!

Sorry I have taken so long the comp has been on the go slow.

Well I would if I could but they cost nearly a tenner and I just cant afford to spend that when it may be neg

So im going to test again with cheapie in the morning and see what happens.

If not then wait till the comes or hopefully not!

Thank you again xxx

I think I can see a very feint test line on the cheapie photo you have posted, which looks encouraging. My computer has a very good resolution, so I am almost certain I can see it. (So, you are not going crazy).

I bought a pack of 2 tests from Tesco's yesterday for £3.88 (I think, less than £5 anyway). It does say on the back of the packet that they are accurate from the 1st day of a missed period, but I know lots of people here have got their BFP beforehand, so I didn't pay much attention to that (just letting you know what it says on the packet).

Now, I don't want to tell you anything you don't want to hear, because I am going through this same stage of testing before AF too at the moment and know how anxious a time it is. However, I too had a little bit of EWCM and wondered what it meant. I researched it and found that it is normal to have a little just before AF!!!! However, it is also normal to have a change in CM to creamy, almost EW before pregnancy too!!! Only you know what yours looked like. Mine was a small amount, was yellowish, but definitely stretched ...

I'm as confused as you are. Here's wishing us both good luck.
