Question

Reflexology

Hi Ladies. Wonder if you can advise. Has anyone ever heard of reflexology helping when you're ttc? My friend just said that she's heard it can help? Also, that some yoga poses can help ovulation and your reproductive system. Or am I just clutching at straws????

We've got a reflexology lady at work so I think I'll go and have a word with her and see if she can suggest anything. I'll let you know! I'll ask if there's anything that will help with labour pains for you too!

How mad i've just had a session in work - anyway she didn't pick anything up there are areas on your feet relating to your ovaries & uterus and she didn't find anything but she stimulated those areas for me once i said that's what i'd gone for and also the pituitary (not sure of spelling) gland which is linked to hormones so i'll let you know if i get a bfp soon!

I believe that anything holistic and stress-reducing will help you become more centered/balanced in general, so DEF check it out! I recommend yoga and acupuncture!!

Hey

I am not sure if there is a definite link to it but I have been having reflexology too for my bad back and she has been pressing on my feet which is for the nervous system which sends a message to your brain to tell you to relax. I felt it really helped but not sure if it can help you conceive as I conceived before I started reflexology.

Definitely give it a go for your own well being - sit back and relax
xx
