arrived yesterday in full flow!! no warning, nothing, had to go to a supermarket loo to sort myself out.
Although dissappointed i'm inspired that my cycles have hopefully regulated now, 5 months after coming off of bcp I started using FF last month and i'm not sure i did it right as my leteal phase is only 5 days according to F even though i thought i ovulated earlier so i'm gonna try temp at same time this month and get a better picture. Blood tests are back next week so hopefully they will pick up any irregularities.

Just talked to a work colleague of mine who's 4 months pg. She and her hubby did it EVERY DAY, MORNING AND EVENING, that's how determined she was!?!?!? wooooahh.... I don't think I could manage that... The every other day thing sounds easy peasy in comparison!
