Glow in the dark pee - vit b complex ?!?

Okey pokie

so i started taking vit b complex and later that day i went to a wee wee and OMFG it was glow in the dark yellow - first thought was - hadn't i drunk enough so i drank 2 pints of water !! and when i went again if anything it was brighter - so much so that even when it was in the loo water ie diluted its was still megga megga bright !!!

Seriouly it was mental !!!!

i even got hubby to look (be-grudgingly) and he said it looked like i had drank one of the glow sticks !!

Apparently is a side effect but not sure if i should still take !!

any thoughts

it was mentral and took a few days to clear up too !!

It is due to the vitamins, and totally harmless, I took mine in the morning and the neon arrived a few hours later and gradually disappeared as the day went on HTH

The neon pee is normal with B vits. Not to worry.

It's just the excess of the B vitamins coming out in your urine because they are a water soluble vitamin. It's your body's way of getting rid of what it doesn't need. Nothing to worry about....I've been "radioactive" (as I call it) for a couple months now, lol. I'm also glad I'm not the only one that made hubby look at it, lol. I was telling him but he wouldn't have imagined without seeing it.
