Scareed - ref midwife and being over weight !

I know i am not preggers yet but i will be .. and i a m worried i have seen several threads about midwifes and doctors being awefull and saying loose weight or else etc !!

I am finding it very hard to loose weight as its not like i can go for a run !! i find exercise very painfull due to a spinal cord problem etc !

I am doing the slim fast thingi and its going well but slowly !

I think you have the right to change the doctor/midwife if you are not happy with them so don't worry
