Help please! Temp/timing question!

Morning ladies!

I have a problem in that I get up at least 2 times in the night for a wee, this was far more frequent a few months ago and my gyno put me on vagifem to try and help that and the pain I was having when we BD.

The pain has gone and I wee far less than I was but even so I am worried it is screwing with my temps.

Yesterday (28th) I took my temp at 2.26am and it was 97.33F and I would have been asleep about 3.5hours at this point, this morning I woke up at 2.29am and it was 96.35F and I think I fell asleep about 10.30pm so about 4.5 hours sleep.

On the 27th I took it at 6.42am and it was 96.48F and on the 26th it was 4am and 96.63F.

I am really worried that cos my times are all over the place I am not going to get an accurate chart but due to me waking at such odd times in the night I won't then have another 3 hours solid sleep until my alarm goes off for work!

So now I am worried that maybe I am not ovulating? If anyone could have a look at my chart or have any advice I would really appreciate it!

Another thing...I don't drink liquid after 8.30pm in the hope it means I get up less in the night but it doesnt make too much of a difference! xxx

You might think I'm crazy, but I'd like you to try something. Jot down your current temps and times for those 4 days, just like you did in here... for reference. Then, go in and change them to this:

26 @ 6.45am = 97.18
27 - leave as is
28 @ 6.45am = 98.20
29 @ 6.45am = 97.20

I'd like to see what your chart looks like with those numbers, if you wouldn't mind.

Edit: I tried it and it came out okay-ish. I attached the altered version, with new dates and connecting lines in red. It didn't clear much up yet, but it might in the next 3-5 days. I basically adjusted those temps to 6:45am, which is what I assume to be your normal testing time. I'd like to see the whole chart adjusted to that time actually.

I think you need to go to the temperature adjuster and change the times with that. Not just your old temps at 6.45am xxx

Am i wrong though? Not sure. Megg will tell you!!!!!!!!!!

Right so this is a for instance,

Enter in
Normal wake up time 6:45

Then next box
First temperature and time 97.8 2:45
Second Temperature and time 98.1 6:45 (or if no second temp dont enter anything)

Press the adjust button and it should show you the adjusted temp. You then need to re-enter the data into your chart.

Ask Megg if this is what she meant first though!

Ah I see! Sorry I re-read your post and saw you said that, whoops! Ok so my first temp I took was on 5dpo which was 97.33 at 7.40am so shall I change that to the same temp but say it was at 6.45am and then my second temp was 97.73 at 7.15am?

Thanks for your help!
