What is the best one?

Are they available to buy in shops?

Boots do one http://www.boots.com/en/Sasmar-Conce...s-75ml_981288/ and there's the good old pre-seed available online (got mine from Amazon or BabyMad).

Find pre-seed to be good but this is my second month using it, so waiting for that BFP. There's a whole thread on pre-seed somewhere

Sperm friendly only means realtive to other lubes. All lubes kill sperm, its a question of degree to which they do this....

Pre seed i think is the best of the bunch although others on here have spoken of zestica and there is also a new one that you can buy in boots, (the name escapes me).

I also tried robitussin cough medicince to thin CM and its been great!

Spit! ROFL!

Preseed is the only one I have heard actually doesn't kill sperm and even mimics EWCM.

I believe Pre-Seed is better than absolutely nothing.

The Pre-Seed brochure so you can see the sperm left after the Pre-Seed:

Ive just used Evening Primrose Olil up to O which really helped by EWCM and drank lots of water and it seemed to work for me!

Not tried any specific things as mentioned above!
