Prenatal Vitamins

Hi guys...

I have decided to start taking prenatal vitamins but I am not sure what a good vitamin is. Do you guys have any brands that you recommend?

I would ask my RE but I do not go back until May and I forgot to ask when they gave me the Metformin.

Any suggestions would be helpful!

Thankies!

Avoid off-the-shelf vits unless they're specifically for pregnancy and conception - as too many of some vitamins can be harmful if you're TTC or pregnant.

Pregnecare are fab - they contain all the vitamins you need for a healthy conception plus your daily dosage of folic acid to help conception along and to help protect against spinal defects etc...

Hope this helps
