I'm Currently Feeling:  | Mine are mega short - 1 or 2 days of "flow" (if you can even call it that), and then 2 days of spotting... Cramps have unfortunately been getting worse over the past year though   |

I'm Currently Feeling:  | Mine are about 3-5 days. Some times I get horrible cramps and some times I just get minor cramps the first day. My SIL said she used to have 7 day periods with horrible moodyness and cramps until she went on the pill. |
