Question about my period

Usually this is how my period is:

I have red heavy flow from day 1 until day 3 lessening at the end of day 3.. on day four my period stops.. literally stops.. then at night I see brown spotting and wake up again to heavy bleeding. Period lasts for 5 days.

Would I be suffering from Antiphospholipid syndrome? I also see lots of blood clots.

I am still waiting for my period after the suction and curettage. I will check how that goes.

If you're worried, go and have a chat with your doc maybe????

But it just may be how your body works??!!! I woldn't worry about it if it doesn't cause pain.

Suzan, better make an appointment with GP to put your mind at rest. Lots of women get clotting type blood with their period.

My periods were quite similar. I did have months where I'd have lots of blood clots, especially when I was younger but was told it's ok as long as they're no bigger than a 50p. I also used to have my period stop and brown discharge followed by more heavy bleeding. Was really annoying because I never knew for sure if it was over with!

I agree with some of the others, it's best to have it checked by the doctor.

I did some reasearch and found out the blood clots during periods are common. It differs when you see a big one from the usual small ones. I never saw a big blood clots, they are always small.

I think I am worrying over nothing. My mom has always had this as well.
Why can't I empty my brain for a second?!!?!?!?

I used to get clots while I was on bcp. My gyn told me it was normal and due to the pill. After stopping the bcp I didn't get clots anymore...
I am sorry, I am trying to remember, but didn't you say you were taking some ttc meds or were going to?? I am sorry again if I am wrong about this...but maybe if you are, they could be causing more build up of the walls...and that could cause the clots coming out...
