| Mum (Mom) Chat Happy BnB Member  Join Date: Sep 2009 Location: England Posts: 2,089 | What should i be taking??? I have been taking pregnacare for 2 weeks - the omega and folic acid type. I am going into town tomorrow to find an alternative as i can't take pills easily. I heard there is a syrup folic acid - is this right? If i took this would i be getting all the vitamins and amount of folic acid i need? Or should i just stick to chewing the pregnacare?!?!  |

I like the all in one kind, thats what Im taking, at least its got it all worked out for you and theres no confusion! Ive read alot that you can over do on some of the vitamins and that it can have an adverse affect on trying to conceive, so I try not to mess around with them too much. |
