I'm Currently Feeling:  |  BD'ing everyday?
I've heard of a lot of people start BD'ing every other day after AF. Why is this? Is it ok if we BD everyday so we don't miss it? |

I'm Currently Feeling:  | I agree with all the above comments - I think its personal pref. Yo can go for the marathon option - every other day for a month - or the sprint - every day around O - or a combination!!! We bd'd every other day this month and most days around predicted O time and now back to every other day just incae I O later than predicted. |

I'm Currently Feeling:  | I think its a safer bet to bd 2 days before predicted oday and 2 days after just in case you didnt ovulate when you think you did. so thats 4 days of bdng all together. It worked for me first time. | | | | Status: Offline
