AH! I am so happy. My appointment with the Fertility Specialist is today. Woot! (Only 2.75 Hours Left!) I am so excited/nervous to hear what he has to say!

I'm Currently Feeling: | Thanks for all the well wishes, ladies!!!!
The appointment was great and Dr. Elrod was AWESOME!!! He was so funny. Put both my husband and I at ease and had us laughing the entire time. Dr. Elrod is the 3rd doctor who told me that I have PCOS.  I guess I can stop trying to convince doctors that I don't have it, right? 
We all sat down in the room, went over family history and then discussed normal menstrual cycles versus my own. We discussed what options I had and agreed to place me on Metformin first for three months to see if it regulates my periods. (My follow up appointment is Monday May 5th at 11am.) If I am not pregnant by then, he is going to put me on Clomid as well. 
I AM SO HAPPY!!!! He really cared and is really doing his part to help get us a baby! I am thrilled!!!
