I'm Currently Feeling: | Confused, Frustrated Rant Well, some of you here may be familiar with my story this month regarding TTC, but I will provide a brief recap for you.
CD13 (Dec 29th) + OPT reading
CD14 (Dec 30th) + OPT reading
CD20 (Jan 4th) + OPT reading
CD21 (Jan 5th) + OPT reading
(BD all around all those dates)
BAM!
CD32 (Jan 16th) + OPT reading!!!!!!!! What is going on here?????
CD33(Jan 17th) faint BFP on IC, BFN on FRER
Thought, possible evap, as all other tests that followed this one were BFNs
CD41 (Jan 25th) faint BFP again!!!! Sorry no pic but it was just like the one ^^^ (sxs headache, sick to stomach, stretch marks on bbs)
CD41 (Jan 25th) went to doc, got BW and urine (both negative)
CD 47 (January 31) spotting, no other AF sxs, loss of appetite.. and ANOTHER faint BFP possible EVAP ... as follow up test with same FMU is definate BFN
am I losing it??? what the HECK is going on here...
can anyone relate to this madness??? Could the bloodwork have been too early?? why do I keep getting such mixed results????? I am losing it big time |

I'm Currently Feeling: | I am not too au fait with all the jargon u use...wats evap????
Are you using 2 kinds of tests....is evap a more sensitive one???
I am 5 days late and I am getting BFNs...went to docs today who said it could take weeks for a hightened HGC positive.
I totally relate to your situation as I feel preg...but aint got a BFP yet...one of my friends told me today that her tests did not show positive until she was 2 months preg!!!!!
Hope this helps as it helped me abit today!!!!

I'm Currently Feeling: | hi JK, shame, you must be going nuts right now!!! I can onlt tell u of my experience with OPTs, and this was not very good. I kept getting deffo positives at least 5 or 6 times a month and this didnt make any sense!! Felt pg, but couldnt be sure, as I had not long came off birth control. I asked to doc about these random positives and she said that my body may be running at a high level and that it may be picking this up, really, for me they were not reliable. Possibly the same for you? As for the BFNs, well if u get a BFN for urine, theoretically, the bloowork should definitely come back pos too!! I dont understand that. Didnt your sister have the same prob? You could try a more sensitive test from the chemist like clearblue etc to set ur mind at rest. Failing that, take one of ur test into the docs and show them the lines. Alternatively, have u thought that it could be a faulty batch of test sticks? ( trying to think of everything here). Why not get DH to pee on one and see what happens, after all, theres no way hes gonna be pg!! If he is, then u guys are gonna make a lot of money!!!
Good luck hon, I hope you get some answers soon, hope this was of some help. Candice xx | | | | Status: Offline

I'm Currently Feeling: | Oh, sorry Evap isnt a test type...its short for evaporation mark, an error of sorts with the tests. When the urine passes across the test, and leaves streaking behind, that is often mistake for a possitive. |

I'm Currently Feeling: | Candace... having DH test is an EXCELLENT idea! I did bring the test to the doc's office and that's why she ordered bloodwork, even though their urine test came back negative.
Yes, my sister did have problems with urine tests, but her bloodwork came back possitive.
The only thing I can think of hat still gives me hope it that the final +opt was the accurate O time and that the bloodwork was too early to tell, that this spotting is implantation, and that I will get a bonified BFP soon
I hate this ...lol |

I'm Currently Feeling: | I was due for AF January 18th
So, 13 days late???
And yes, I just want one or the other to hurry up and happen already. I got excited when I saw the spotting, but it has yet to get any heavier |

I'm Currently Feeling: | Well just to re-iterate, my doc ses wait till your 4 weeks late b4 you can trust a BFN to be negative... so you have another 2 weeks of lovely waiting!!!
I was due on Jan 26th, not far behind you.
Altho I have had a baby b4, I still can't remember what my symptoms were in the early stages, so totally going bonkers, thinking I am mistaking them for period pains and to come along any min! |

I'm Currently Feeling: | I don't really have specific advice to give you, but I wanted to lend a shoulder anyway - I'm sorry things are so nuts for you right now, that must really be aggravating, I hope it turns out to be a bfp though and soon!! |
