Question

Even though?

Hi all,

I was talking to a friend that we are trying to avoid getting pregnant this cycle. I still have either a week or two to get AF to TTC.

She asked what type of protection we were using and told her nothing but only DH puts his things out (sorry tmi )then she asked if we BD normally and that when he feels like it, it happens outside, then I said yes.

She said that even though he does that, there is still a possibility conceiving.

Can this be possible? I was feeling lots of ovulation pains after the suction and curettage.

Yes, because you can get pregnant from precum and also sometimes they leak (tmi! lol) although I don't think it's very common.
Hope you get the result you want huni

Ye I've read that they can release a few boys before the main event. Possible but slimmer chances I'd guess?

I think that it is possible to get pregnant, although pretty unlikely.

ive never been on BCP and not much a fan of condoms and often relied on the 'pull out' method (which isnt too reliable i guess but what can i say i wasn't really trying to be careful anyhow!) did it for about half a year and never fell PG . I'm sure it is possible, however i'm sure it is a very small chance and would certainly be a miracle if you did/do conceive.

Yeah, definitely, in fact a friend of mine got pregnant before deciding to TTC, and that was the method of contraception they used (against everyone's advice!)

So absolutely it's possible. The precum that a man can ejaculate during sex can contain sperm, and seeing as how you are still going hot and heavy it is "pushed" up close to the cervix. Although it's not common, it is still a possibility
