How normal is it not to ovulate?

Does it happen to people on here often?

Makes me feel like all of that trying was a bloody wild goosechase of a sex marathon.

I think it's normal not to ovulate every month, i ready somewhere on average a woman will ovulate 8 out of 12 cycles

Do you use OPK strips? Not once have I had a positive. Not. Once. Now I have cramps, so I guess the is on her way in the next few days but I have not ovulated.

I had very little EW, my temp never went above 36.9 and I did not get OV pain.

It truly is annoying.

As for 8 out of 12 cycles, have not read that before. I hope this is right. If it is, then I probably just had 2 of the 4 in the last 2 months.

Its really getting me down, because I am starting to worry that I do not ovulate at all.

ive never had a really strong positive on an opk but my doctor did bloods to check hormone levels etc and said i was ovualating but progesterone was slightly lower than shed like.

You should o to your doctoe and get tha blood test done it has to be done on a certain day of your cycle usually day 21 but i think it depends on your cycle length. Eg. my progesterone may have been low because the month i got it tested af arrived on day 24 so i should have had the bloods done before day 21.

have you tried preseed? I hear sometimes the sperm have a hard time getting up to where they need to. Preseed supposedly helps with that!

Yeah I use pre seed but there is no point sperm getting up there if there is no egg. I have always had this feeling, this strange, resounding thought that perhaps I would have trouble when it came to ttc.

I guess I am just a little worried.

i think we all feel the same when we've been ttc a while. I've just started using fertility friend and its not detected ovulation and im on cd21 now although my temping is not ideal as im just getting hang of it but have had cramps etc ongoing, no cm and now lots of it. I just don't know whats going on but i think im gonna book a drs appt again, i had one this week but the dr was ill and the appt cancelled
