I went to the store and bought "sundown" Prenatal Vitamins & Mineral formula.. is this a good brand.. Or No...

And ... Me and the other half are going to be ttc late feb, or early march.... So is it still ok to start taking Prenatal Vitamins now or no??? And if No when should i start taking them?

I'm not sure about the brand, but I do know that my Dr. recommended taking them the minute I thought about ttc. They can't hurt you, but is it very important that you are already taking them before you conceive.
