Any Suggestions??

Soooooo, the got me today around noon........ugh. I was even cautiously optimistic for this cycle too!! We DTD with great timing, and I had started taking vitamin B6 to try and lengthen my LP to more than my usual 10 days. Today I'm 10DPO.......now back to CD1 but this means that my LP this month was only 9 days!!! Don't know if stress can bring it on earlier but that MAY have been an issue.

I'm SO frustrated right now!! I thought I MAY ACTUALLY see an 11DPO without AF this cycle instead of spotting on day 10 and AF on 11 like normal.

Today, since I'm back at CD1, I increased my B6 from just 100mg of B6 by adding a B50 Complex to it as well. I switched my multi to a prenatal (I was taking a regular with extra FA on the side). I started 900mg of AC (until O) and 500mg of EPO (for my non-fertile CM - until O). I guess I'll see how this works for me. I'm trying to avoid going to the doctor for blood tests to see where my progesterone is sitting.......I HATE needles!!

That's my rant for now and I apologize for babbling on!!!

Now, my question. Does anyone have any suggestions of anything that worked for them if the vitamin B route doesn't work??? Any input would be greatly appreciated!!!

Sorry honey no advice really HOWEVER, up your dose of EPO to 2000mg from CD1 until you ovulate this will give you mega EWCM. Keep on your B6 throughout your cycle, it took my B6 a couple of months to help my LP

Hiya. I don't really have any suggestions on lengthening the LP, though some of the girls on here talk about progestrone - I guess you have to get that from the Doctors.

Bloods don't hurt at all - just don't look at the needle.

MrsJD is right about upping the EPO to 2000mg and the other thing you could try which isn't medical at all but seems to be doing wonders for me is drinking Ruby Grapefruit juice. It's quite nice actually and I have a really sweet tooth. Make sure it's fresh juice and not concentrate thou.

Good luck. I hope the next cycle's the one for you.

I love grapefruit juice so that wouldn't be that hard for me to do. I'll have to make a run to the grocery store tomorrow and pick some up!! I have also heard of green tea too but I'm a coffee drinker and can't get tea down (I gag a little, lol.......can't stand the taste).

Thanks for the input!!

Try putting a spoonful of honey in it - makes it much nicer.

Thanks. I will definitely keep that in mind if I muster up the courage to try it again, lol.

I didn't think I liked tea before either but that's because I've always had black tea. The green tea is pretty good, I sweeten it with some raw sugar.

Also, you could get a custom blend tea. I order some from http://www.iloveono.com/ They serve it at this brewery that I go to so I ordered my own. I get Hangover Tonic. There's also some tea shops around here that sell different varieties in bulk.

Thanks guys for the useful info.

Well, looks like I may have to try green tea in the near future, lol. I have a couple of suggested combinations to try so I've got to be able to find SOMETHING that I like!! Even if I buy it and don't like it I know my hubby will drink it or friends so what have I got to lose. Maybe I'll pick some up at the grocery store with my grapefruit juice tomorrow. Let the experiments begin!
