I'm Currently Feeling:

Normal.....??

Morning all!!

Just need some advice!! I stopped taking BCP at new year & AF was due yesterday. Last week when OH & I were BD there was dark red/brown discharge (sorry tmi!), kind of like at the beginning & end of AF. I wore a tampon (sorry again!!) all the next day but by the end of the day it had stopped & didnt come back.

AF was due yesterday but apart from a little cramping...nothing! I thought I had this morning but it was just discharge (sorry know there's prob a technical name!!) which was maybe very very slightly pink but thats it!!

Is this normal for 1st cycle after coming off BCP!?

Thanks in advance!!

xx

My first AF after bcp was 36days since i bled on bcp and lasted the same amoutn of time-5 days since then though my AF's have been shorter and lighter than they were when on bcp, one only being one and half days long. I think it takes a while for bodies to adjust so id consider anything normal
