tired during AF, I have no motivation and all I want to do is nap. Took one with DD today, maybe I am depressed b/c of no BFP this cycle after feeling really great with my chart last cycle. Or is it my hormones.

I really want some cafferine to keep me awake but I swore off cafferine while TTCing.

Anyone else like this?

I get like that all the time! Just have to be motivated enough to keep going. Try to exercise some more while ttc. It will make you feel more awake and get your blood moving. I always feel better when I am more active.

Af really drains me! I have bad periods and get quite alot of PAIN in my legs back & tummy. It also got me down in dumps - its probably one time of a month that I could stay curled in bed feeling shit and not move

i just get really extra moody with af, not really tired.

YES!! Although since I cut out caffeine I've been tired all the time. I think the stress of TTC doesn't help..........

I didn't get like this when I was on the pill but now I've been off it for over 6 months, I am really badly moody during Af and incredibly tired. x
