After calling every damn health store in Iceland (ok we have about 5, lol) I found Vitex Agnus-Castus tea and it will arrive soon. I'm wondering if I should drink it the whole cycle or only before O or after O?

I also bought some Icelandic fertility tea, it has Lady's mantle, Red Clover and Stinging Nettle, have you girls tried any of these herbs?

Then finally I'm taking Evening Primrose capsules .. isn't it correct I should take them from cd-1 until O and not after O?

I better get pregnant with quadruplets after all this trouble!

The only thing I know about hebs and TTCing

If you LP is shorter then 11 days you should try vitamin B6 throughout you entire cycle (it may make you O later) but it makes your LP longer which helps with egg implantation which if you LP is shorter then 10 days it hard to happen.

Take green tea capsules or tea until you O this will help increase you CM but as soon as you O do not take it any longer it will pull the folic acid out of you system, plus you should be taking a PNV anyways to help prevent Birthd efects.

Also you can eat PINEAPPLE CORE 1/5 of it for 5 days after Oing to help with implanation too.

Agnus-Castus needs to be stopped when pregnant so when you find out your pregnant basically - some women will stop after O day though.

Primrose as you say stop at O day then flax seed oil in place of Evening Primrose Oil after ovulation if you wanted! < I personally have never heard of that just read about it.
