The TTC Poem
I don’t know when I ovulated
My period is now belated
But this time I don’t believe
That we have managed to conceive
And it’s becoming such a worry
I really am in such a hurry
I have the strongest urge I’ve known
To have a baby of my own
I really hope my time will come
That one day soon I’ll be a mum
But for now I must confess
That I have started to obsess
With every twinge or ache or pain
If on my boob I see a vein
Or if I think I’m feeling rough
I wonder if I’m up the duff
