Weight Loss and TTC - just wanted to share

I've PCOS and my side effect i non control-able weight!
I started Weight watchers 5years ago and lost 4stone Yippeee
Then i meet my OH and we have been together 4years in August. I started WW again in Dec 07.
Today i lost 3Lb's 5 so that makes a total of 12 lb's. Really pleased, still have a long way to go (i feel) but its so lovely feeling that may hard work is paying off. So fingers crossed Loss weight and Get a BFP i'll be on

Just wondered are there anymore if you in the same boat? Going to Weight watchers weekly??

I'm only half in the same boat as you....I SHOULD be going to WW.
I'm seriously going to try and drop some weight when I get home from this holiday. I want to start swimming and yoga. I know yoga isn't hard core exercise that's going to make me lose lots of weight...but at least it gets me in the mindset that exercise must be part of my life. The truth is that I'm hoping yoga will help me CHILL out a bit. I should be losing 30 pounds.

i've found that walking really helps of an evening when i get home from work the OH and i go for a little stroll and its lovely, really nice and crisp out and you get to spend quality time just nattering. If i was at home, i'd be running around like a loony doing washing the dinner etc. and to take 30mins for a stroll works wonders
i'm also doing swimming xx

Hey Carlyanne - Well done you! I'm off to Ireland for a visit with my sister tomorrow, but when I get back I'll be starting WW again. Lost 2.5 stone last year, but have let 10lbs back on. Need to nip it in the bud before it all goes back on again! Ideally I'd like to loose 15lb. WW and TTC - will be very busy!

With WW for me the weekly weight in is so good, i joined there Monthly pass, which is pay via Direct debit and it makes a meeting 4.12 instead of 5.50 so handy plus you feel and think, i've paid so i will be weighed hee hee

a friend at work had a little one 9months ago and she wants to loss weight, so suggested Boots machine. As i nipped there yest and jumped on and it said the say as WW ones. So going weekly to boots is a cheaper version and also gives the same as WW ones.

i'd found that through weight loss my cycle is getting a little shorter, from 40 days to @ 30-36

i'm day 35 ..........................

Yeah I find it better with the weekly weigh in. I started to do it on my own, but that's when the weight crept back on! I've been comfort eating ALOT as well lately so after this piglet weekend I'll get back into gear. We'll have to encourage each other. It's hard work and trying to eat all healthy stuff as well for hopefully BFP!

Sounds like you are doing great! I'm in the same boat you are!! This is my first week on Weight Watchers and I've lost 8lbs so far. I have a lot more to lose, but I'm hoping this will help us get our BFP as well!
