Congratulations, that is a great start!

I'm not doing WW (though I have in the past) but I am watching what I eat. I am doing Atkins, so I've cut out all sugar, processed foods and white starchy foods like bread, pasta, rice, etc. I've lost 8.5lbs so far, but I have so much more to lose!

Well done hun. I too have pcos and started at slimming world this month. Lost 4lbs in my first week. I've got a long way to go, but I'm hoping that the weight loss will help to regulate my periods.

Congratulations - I know how difficult it is trying to loose weight. I managed to loose 1.5 stone before I got married 2 years ago but put it all back on plus more - TTC has made me put on weight as I keep comfort eating! I try to go to the gym twice a week, although its not shifting the weight at the mo!

Congrats to you all - sounds like you're doing a fantastic job. I also have PCOS, but unfortunately none of the diets I have tried so far have done me any good at all mainly because I am pretty insulin resistant.

However I am now on a different medication and the weight is very slowly moving. Also waiting for an appointment with a dietician, who is going to help me optimise my diet for weight loss so that it works with the meds rather than against them.
