It's best to test after your AF is due for a more accurate result to give the HCG a chance to become strong enough for the test to detect it.

Depending on when implantation happened, even some early tests can't actually detect it early or from the day your AF is due so the longer you leave it, the better your chances of having an accurate test result.

HCG normally doubles every 2 days or so. If you want to get anoter blood test done 2-4 days after this one you mention here, your HCG level should rise to 3 or so.

By 4-8 days dpo a normal early pregnancy test should be able to detect the HCG levels by then. When you use concentrated FMU.
