I recently miscarried and since then I have had terrible headaches(pain meds don't help) as well as trouble sleeping. I have a doc appt next week but does anyone have any ideas about what is going on or a remedy. Thanks

I suffered really badly with headaches during pg and after m/c. they do go away eventually and i think it's just your hormones levelling out. it's such a sad time. i hope feel betta soon. you could try camomille tea. that always makes me relax x x x

You could try a few drops of Rescue Remedy?? It's a herbal stress reliever.

Headaches & generally feeling crap could be hormone levels dropping as well as upset/stress

I am really sorry for your loss. I am not sure about the headache thing, but it's probably just what Wobbles and others have said. I hope you feel better soon.
