Hi

I would like to start charting my cycle etc, as this is my first 'serious' month of going about it. Anyway I'm not too sure which day to put down for this month.
Auntie Flo came last night but it was about 11.45 pm as I was getting ready for bed, I was expecting her but she normally turns up earlier on in the day. So as today is the 1st real day of her being here, do I chart it as today or late last night!?

I mark the first full day of red flow as day one.

Days of spotting or brown flow doesn't count.

For instance, AF arrives at 9pm on August 24. CD one would be August 25th.

Ar eyou using an online graph for charting?

If fertility friend then it has an option for flow of bleeding until its marked full on it won't go onto your next cycles graph.
