B VITS....which ones and dosage?

Hi there

I just had a MMC so going forward i thought I would take every vitamin possible to help me on my way. I was wondering which B vits you all take and what dosage?

What do you recommend?

I got mine from Holland and Barratt. They are the Timed Release B-50 Complex. They are 50mg and I take one a day. This is my first cycle on them.

I think most people start with about 50mg and then increase it to 100mg if needed. x

thanks. Do you take them through the whole cycle and as well as the "all in one" conception vitamins?

Yes these are fine right throughthe cycle with the prenatal vitamins xx
