myself and my husband have been trying to conceive for the last 4 months I am currently 7 days late have had some cramping and back ache for the last couple of days. Really want to do a pregnancy test but dont want to be dissappointed or do one too early What do you peeps think the most accurate time to test is???

If you are 7 days late on your period most pregnancy tests should pick show accurately whether you are pregnant or not. Good luck testing!!

I would say that if you test today, a hpt would definately pick it up if you are pregnant - at any time of the day, as long as you haven't just drank heaps of water or juice!
