I know (from personal experience-my biological father was an alcoholic) how hard it can be on a wife to live with someone who has an alcohol problem. It nearly destroyed my mother (he was abusive too when drunk so that compounded the problem). If you ever need to talk you know I'm there for you |

I'm Currently Feeling:  | Suz, I am sorry to hear that you are feeling down hun. I think the whole ttc gets to us all sometimes no matter how long you have been trying, but it must be worse if you have been trying for a long time. Like others have said, maybe you should speak to your doctor about it. I know you said you fear the worst, but it could be something easily sorted out. Also, if you worry that your DH's alcohol consumption could be a problem with fertility, you could get the doctor to give you some advice about that.
I really hope you feel better soon and get that BFP. You are always there for the girls on B&B and it is high time that you get the happy news that you deserve.

Aside from TTC ive been in a similar situation to you and if you dont get it sorted it will end up destroying you as a couple, the only three people you want in this relationship is you two and a baby!! |
